HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Professional Installation Cost: starting at $75.00
Actual installation consists of attaching the radio, generally with a small dish, on the outside of the location selected for service, where it can be directed toward our nearest tower location. At times, we may have to spend some extra time determining the best place to put the radio, and that it's in a good location for the customer as well.
A single ethernet cable (CAT5) is then run from the radio equipment, into your home or office, and down to the location of the router, either through an outer wall, or into the attic and down the inside of a wall to a wall jack. This, in turn, is plugged into our power supply for the radio, and then into your router, to provide our service to the rest of the location.
Our install team can customize the installation to meet just about any need. If you have non-standard needs, contact us, and we can put a quote together for your custom installation.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
Maintenance agreements are a substitute for the Service Charge and are billed on a monthly basis. Maintenance agreements do not cover damage due to "Acts of God". Damage due to "Acts of God" should be filed on the home owner's insurance. Maintenance agreements require the purchase of a surge protector, and the equipment must be plugged into a surge protector.
BASIC MAINTENANCE

This plan is required on payment plan options.
Covers two (2) trips annually to customer premise to make equipment adjustments.
Subsequent trips will be billed under a Service Charge.
GOLD MAINTENANCE
$10/mo
Covers two (2) trips annually to customer premise to make adjustments and 1 radio replacement annually.
Subsequent trips will be billed under a Service Charge.
PLATINUM MAINTENANCE
$15/mo
Covers unlimited trips to customer premise to make adjustments and 1 radio replacement annually.
Subsequent radio replacements shall be billed to customer.
